First Aid Ottawa is in the business of saving lives. We provide the training so that anyone can save a life. Whether you are a new parent, a designated first aid in the workplace or just someone who wants to be better prepared we are here to teach the life saving skills. Using the quality Canadian Red Cross First Aid program in a fun atmosphere we ensure that all of our students leave confident they can save a life. Our courses are Federally and Provincially recognized in the workplace so they are a valuable asset to any employer who wants to have trained staff on-site and to provide their employees with training they can also use to save a loved one’s life.
